Fair Play Declaration - Participant understands that Fair Play Measures are in place and will play the tournament to his/her natural ability.
Games will be reviewed by the Fair Play Panel, and any games not in compliance with Fair Play will be submitted to FIDE. Any Participant found not in compliance with Fair Play may face immediate removal from the tournament and face bans from subsequent events.
No Refund Policy - Participant understands that once payment is submitted, no refunds will be given for any reasons.
